Mashatu Tented Camp - Remote eastern corner of Botswana

"I grew up in the Limpopo area and started frequenting the Tuli Block from an early age. The countryside is stark, rugged and undulating. Elephant tracks criss-cross a rocky terrain, which oozes an atmosphere of an old-time Wilbur Smith story waiting to be told.

Mashatu Tented Camp is the central departure point to 'Adventure Africa' which offers horse riding, mountain biking, hidden horizons, tough safari vehicles and lots of interesting wildlife.

The small-tented camp (seven tents) blends unobtrusively into the bushveld and cannot be seen until you have arrived. The camp is rustic, clean and charming. A network of secluded pathways connect each tent to the main thatched entertainment area."
